Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers (normal tubes):
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are built of round tubes mounted in large cylindrical shells with the tube axis parallel to that of the shell.They are widely used as oil coolers, power condensers, preheaters in power plants, steam generators in nuclear power plants, in process applications, and in chemical industry.

Advantages
- Relatively simple design and easy to maintain.
- Suitable for higher pressures and temperatures compared to plate heat exchangers.
- Pressure drop (delta P/ΔP) is less than a plate heat exchanger.
- Easy to find and isolate leaking tubes.
- Tubes can be 'double walled' to reduce the likelihood of the shell side fluid leaking into the tube side fluid (or vice versa).
- Easy to install sacrificial anodes.
- Do not foul as easily as plate heat exchangers.

- Swirl flow in tubes creates turbulence to improve heat transfer.
- Turbulent flow achieved even at low velocities and/or high viscosities.
- Complex interrupted swirl flow on shell side maximizes turbulence while minimizing pressure drop.
- Flow distribution and velocity are consistent across the entire bundle.
- Twisted tube heat exchanger typically have 40% higher heat transfer than conventional shell and tube heat exchanger

Tube and Tank Heat Exchanger
The latest new design of our tube and tank heat exchanger is very compact. It consists of square tube bundle and square tank. It similar to shell and tube heat exchanger but in this heat exchanger tube sheet is not required.
The main advantage of heat exchanger is the bundle of tubes can be easily removed and fixed. As cleaning of heat exchanger is not a big issue this can be used with high ph. water or chemicals. The life of heat exchanger is more as compare to standard ones. The standard heat exchanges face recurrent problems with blockage resulting in frequent replacement of the heat exchanger

Helical Coaxial Heat Exchanger
The coaxial heat exchanger is designed as a “tube in tube” structure. The outer tube is made of steel/copper, and the inner tube can be titanium, copper, copper-nickel depending on the requirements of working condition. For the inner tube is has many spiral grooves on the surface, which will enlarge the connection surface and get more heat transferred.
Coaxial Heat Exchangers are used as evaporators or as condensers. They consist of one or more inner tubes and one outer tube. This tube bundle is coiled in a spiral shape and brazed at the ends.
