Solar Assisted Heat Pump is a system in which solar water heater will raise the temperature of the fluid to as assigned designated temperature, on attaining that temperature will activate the heat pump to further raise the temperature of the fluid to the desired temperature. Hence, due to the assistance of solar heater, the difference of the temperature of fluid reduces and thus reducing the power consumption of heat pump
